We’re so excited you’re considering Good Company for your event! Start by filling out the contact form on our website. We’ll be in touch (usually via text at 270.789.7939) to go over the details. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you a contract and invoice by email. To officially secure your date, a non-refundable deposit is required:
- $500 for weddings
- $250 for all other events
Your date is officially booked once the contract is signed and deposit is received.
The earlier, the better — especially for weddings or large events. We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to ensure your ideal date. That said, we’re happy to accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability, so don’t hesitate to reach out!
We accept ACH bank transfers and cash as standard payment options. Credit and debit cards are also accepted through Square, with a 3.5% processing fee. Please note, a 6% Kentucky sales tax is added to all rental fees.
Yes! Alcohol is permitted with a licensed and insured bartender or catering company serving throughout the entire event. Proof of license and insurance must be submitted to us at least 2 weeks prior to your event.
Events may start as early as 8:00 AM EST and must conclude (including cleanup) by 12:00 AM EST.
Need extra time? We offer early or late access for an additional fee.
Yes, we allow candles as long as the flame is fully enclosed in a lantern or glass holder. Open flames are not permitted.
